Jesse Richman-Reing is the Founder and CEO of the award-winning event and wedding planning company, Events By Jesse. She is considered a pioneer in the event field, focusing on setting trends and creating truly unique experiences that reflect the personality and values of her clients. Branding herself as “Your event/wedding planning BFF” is something Jesse takes very seriously, as no one knows you better, or can advocate for you more, than your best friend!

From a young age, Jesse felt that her professional purpose in life was to help people realize their vision for their most important occasions. Born and raised in New York, Jesse started her career by event planning for high-end private planners during college. Shortly thereafter she moved to Switzerland to pursue an MBA in Hotel and Tourism Management from the esteemed graduate school at The Univeristy Center Cesar Ritz. After graduating, Jesse moved back to New York City to pursue an events and catering career in the luxury hospitality industry. She attributes much of her success to experiencing the duality of American business acumen and European fine service culture. Prior to Events By Jesse, Jesse has worked for high-end brands including St. Regis, Alain Ducasse, several Michelin-Star restaurants and Kempinski Hotels.

Eleven years ago Jesse left her last full time job to start Events By Jesse. Since then she has developed a business that she is very proud of. She encourages her clients to make their own rules, take risks, be bold and make decisions with self respect. Through her entrepreneurial journey Jesse has learned so much, not just about events, but about people and why they make the decisions they make. She feels inspired by all of the people in her circle and is excited to take her “By Jesse” brand to a new level, not only focusing on the event itself, but the mental well-being of the people planning it.
